Meet the Teacher
Hello, and welcome to room 21! I am so excited for this school year and can't wait to get to know you better.
To tell you a little about myself, I graduated from William Jessup University in 2015 with my bachelors and teaching credential. I moved to the area after getting married and began substitute teaching in the local districts. While subbing, I was incredibly privileged to spend the majority of my time here at Cobblestone! In that time, I fell in love with the school and its people, which is why I am so happy to be here teaching full time in 5th grade.
I am very passionate about teaching, but I am even more passionate about the kids themselves. In my classroom, your child will feel safe, valued, and confident. They will be encouraged to explore, create and inquire without ever feeling like they are being held back. I am confident that we will have a fantastic year together!
When I'm not busy teaching, you can usually find me reading a good fantasy novel, painting my nails, baking something delicious or spending time with friends and family!
